After processing, all orders are shipped through our trusted delivery partners, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 7 to 14 days, depending on the customer’s location and external factors such as courier delays, customs inspections, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
While we consistently work to maintain timely delivery, these factors may occasionally lead to slight variations in arrival dates. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s journey; please note that tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to reflect, especially during high-volume periods. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on your destination and package weight.
It is essential that customers provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of purchase, as AutoZoom cannot be held responsible for delays, non-delivery, or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be imposed by the destination country, and these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
